If in 2013 the Philadelphia Phillies honor the 20th anniversary of the 1993 team that reached the World Series, an integral part of that team may not be available. Former Phillies and New York Mets outfielder Lenny Dykstra was taken to jail on Monday after being charged with stealing three cars and drug possession.

Dykstra was charged with 25 criminal counts, and was unable to post $500,000 bail.

According to Yahoo News, in May, Dykstra, 48, was charged over a dozen federal counts, including bankruptcy fraud.

Volvo recalls S60 due to fuel pump issue

Washington, D.C., United States (AHN) – Volvo is voluntarily recalling its new S60 because of a problem with the fuel pump.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, more than 7,500 units of the 2012 model are affected in the recall.

The software used to control the fuel delivery system may be incompatible with some components. This could cause the engine to stall or hesitate despite a quarter tank of fuel, which in turn may lead to a crash.

The recall begins on June 17. Only vehicles manufactured from Nov. 18, 2010 through May 5 are included. Customers will receive a free software update at authorized dealers.

Its five-cylinder, 2.5-liter engine retails for $30,975, while a six-cylinder, 3-liter all-wheel drive model sells for more than $42,000.
