The use of Autoresponders can help you Operate your Online Business

November 2, 2009 · Posted in Alternative Income · Comments Off

When it comes to your online business, you want to make it as professional as you can. That will convey a message to consumers that you are a business worth investing in. Yet giving that impression doesn’t have to take all of our time. One of the neat things about an online business is that so much of it can be automated on your behalf. This will allow you to get results but without too much time involved to accomplish it.

Autoresponders allow you to create messages for potential customers, to welcome first time customers, and to encourage those that have made a purchase to do so again. You can set them up to go out to your different lists at regular intervals. It isn’t time effective to send a personal email message to each customer as they sign up. It is also impossible to do so manually after they have provided you with their email address.

With autoresponders you can send them those messages though but have them set up to go out automatically. For example someone that opts in should get an email that goes out to them as soon as they do so. This should welcome them and encourage them to come back to your site on a regular basis. You don’t want to bombard people with these messages though so spread them out.

A week or so down the road you can follow up with those that haven’t yet made a purchase. Perhaps telling them about a particular product or offering them free shipping in an automated message can be the encouragement they need to do so.

When a customer does make a purchase, they should get an automatic message that thanks them for it. Remember that they won’t be working with a person face to face when they buy something online. You want them to know their order has successfully gone through. If you don’t offer such an autoresponder message it leaves them wondering. Some will even submit their order again thinking it didn’t process the first time.

Since most business should come from repeat customers, you want to treat them very well. Offering them special offers and discounts due to the fact that you value them as a customer will go along way. They will appreciate the recognition that you send their way. At the same time, it will encourage them to continue making more purchases from you.

There are plenty of different ways you can set up autoresponders in order to help your online business. You need to use them when you can to present information to potential and current customers. The use of autoresponders allows you to do so professionally. It doesn’t take very long to complete your automated messages, but the results from them are very good.

Take your time to explore the different service providers out there that offer autoresponder services. You will find that they often can walk you through the steps of the process. Sending out messages in such a way will save you time but still give the impression that you operate a very efficient and effective business.

In fact, many experts with online marketing agree that the use of autoresponders is one of the most powerful and cost effective ways to reach your target market. As your opt in list continues to grow you will find the use of them to be even more effective. The fact that you can set up different messages to work with different groups of lists makes them more effective than ever before.

IDP Solutions provide custom development for your business. Such as application software development, ecommerce website development, eshop shopping cart etc.

Best Online Money Making Opportunites – Where to Start

October 25, 2009 · Posted in Alternative Income · Comments Off

Most people starting out to make money online end up gravitating toward something called affiliate marketing. To put it simply, it is selling somebody else’s “magical money syphon” (read product) for a cut of the profits.

The idea is simple. It’s like being a salesman. You don’t have to create the product.  You just sell it. And Internet Affiliate Marketing has some great advantages that make it an attractive business model.

  • It’s a quick way to get started. All you need to do is go to Clickbank to find a product to promote, a simple website, a way to drive traffic to your site and the product having enough sex appeal to get your traffic to buy it.
  • It costs next to nothing to get started. You can start with very little investment.  There’s no other money making online or offline business that I know where you can do that.
  • The potential rewards are huge. Successful affiliate marketers can rake in millions of dollars every year.

With that introduction you would expect that I am going to recommend you start your money making online business as an affiliate marketer. But I’m not. Instead I’m going to recommend that you start with selling various types of reprint rights products. There are three basic flavors.

  • Resale Rights (RR). These products give you the right to resell them exactly as you bought them.  You can’t change them, or put your name on them.
  • Master Resell Rights (MRR). These products are like RR products, but you get to pass along the resale rights when you sell them.
  • Private Label Rights (PLR). These products let you pretty much edit and change them in any way you want according to the specific terms of your contract, and usually permit yo to put your name on the product as the creator or author.

You buy all of these products outright and get the flavor of reprint rights a product carries with it.

So which type of reprint rights product should you buy?  As I already mentioned, all three of them have the “Pro’s” that you are buying a product so you don’t have to create one and you have control over 100% of the profits.  Master Resell Rights have a higher perceived value because you can pass on the resell rights to your customer. A Private Label Rights product has the big advantage that it becomes your product just as though you created it. It has the disadvantage that it requires some or maybe even considerable work to personalize it and remove all references to the original author.

Why do I recommend that you start with resell rights products of any flavor instead of affiliate marketing?

In a way affiliate marketing is a short cut. It is a great way to make money quickly, but it can kind of paint you into a corner. You may not find an affiliate program you like. You may find what you think is a terrific one, then it goes belly up and you have to start over. It’s a one time thing. Your customer has bought someone else’s product through you, and now he doesn’t need you any more.  He is no longer your customer.

We could go through a long comparison of affiliate marketing and selling resell rights, but basically it comes down to the fact that in affiliate marketing you lose the customer after the sale, while in selling resell rights, you have the possibility of keeping your customer. This means that you have your customer’s email address and can continue to offer him news, freebies and other products to keep him as your customer.

Marketing resell rights products allows you to build your online money making business through developing your own brand and growing your own group of customers.  It allows you to focus on your own brand, develop your own customer base and achieve a positive cash flow quickly.

After all you are in this to build a business that is your own and will grow. The fastest way to build a money making online business is through marketing resell rights. The flavor doesn’t really matter, but as you build your business, you’ll probably want to add the other flavors.

Boost your online sales with email marketing

October 15, 2009 · Posted in Alternative Income · Comments Off

The significance of Internet has brought a revolution in the world of business. Marketers crave to tap the potential of the Internet to derive maximum profits for their business. They deploy website, online advertisement, blog or online marketing to promote their brand image. Email marketing is one of such techniques to generate sales. Entrepreneurs rigorously deploy this form of marketing to enhance their business growth. It enables a marketer to approach a prospective customer directly. This direct approach establishes a rapport between an advertiser and potential customer. It facilitates sales as well as customer loyalty.

Essentials of Email Marketing:

A marketer can deploy an opt-in list that contains a complete list of the prospective customers. These customers provide their names and email addresses to receive mails of a particular interest. It helps a marketer to remain focused while conducting an email campaign. An advertiser is able to know about the customers well through an opt-in list before sending any mail. A marketer should create an advertisement or write a newsletter from a customer’s perspective. In other words, you should address a customer’s needs and preferences in the promotional mail. One can customize the elements in an advertisement as per the requirement. As a newsletter aims at maintaining long-term relationship with a customer, a marketer can provide the latest development or modification in the products. You can also use different tools to manage an extensive list of email addresses. An advertiser can deploy various tools to track the response of prospective customers. A marketer can trace whether the mail has been deleted or opened. You can also track the sales made after email campaign.

Importance of Mail Marketing to generate sales:

The most vital factor of using this method is that it is measurable. Various tools equip an advertiser to keep a history of campaign statistics. This helps you in analyzing various elements vital for the success of your campaign. You can also decide about the improvement of this campaign. Customers can send their queries and grievances directly to a marketer. Customer and merchant become approachable for each other. Mail marketing is an effective method that can take you to an international platform. This also widens your customer base and strengthens your foothold in a market.

Myself webmaster of emailsmartz.com provides email marketing software, email generator, email spider, email sender and much more for promoting and enhancing the business successfully.

How to build a list of your competitor’s customers

October 10, 2009 · Posted in Alternative Income · Comments Off

How to build a list of your competitor’s customers

To gain market share, of course, you either need to bring new customers into the category, or get existing category customers to switch from your competitors.

Switching customers can oftentimes be faster and easier, as you don’t need to sell the customer on the need for the category in general – just that your product is better, faster, cheaper or more effective.

Getting your hands on that competitor’s customer list is another story.

But in today’s world of empowered consumers armed with a plethora of online social communication tools, seeking out your competitor’s customers may be easier than you think. True, getting the complete list may be next to impossible, but here are some tips for finding who’s using “the other guys”, and which of them might be ripe for a switch:

  • Set up a Twitter search for your competitor’s name and product/brand names. You’ll still need to sort through the press announcements and employee tweets to find the customers, but I guarantee they’re there. Some are actively complaining. That’s where to start.
  • Do similar searches in LinkedIn, specifically in the Groups and Answers sections. Same thing – figure out where customers and/or users in your category assemble, and find those who are talking about their experiences with your competitors.
  • Actively seek, search and participate in blogs and discussion groups that attract customers discussing issues (general or specific) related to your category.

Trolling and pulling prospects may be a quick way to use these channels to find “switcher” business, but each channel also represents a fantastic opportunity to engage the broader community of users & participants with your own brand, content and offers.

Simply starting a conversational presence in these places (to build credibility, not just to sell), is an easy and cost-effective way to directly target both an immediate and long-term stream of prospective new customers.

Do you have examples of successful switcher campaigns from the channels above, or other competitor list-finding best practices? What are you doing to actively find, engage and convince your category’s other customers to switch to you? visit http://lesasbigbusiness.yolasite.com
